What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and/or product positions across varying levels of seniority (individual contributors and leadership roles), Demonstrated experience leveraging creative sourcing techniques and a personalized approach to courting passive, world-class talent, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively partner with individuals at all levels within an organization, Track record of providing an authentic, meaningful, and high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers, Entrepreneurial minded, inherently self-motivated, and a relentless work ethic with a track record of exceeding performance goals and recruiting KPIs

What You'll Do.

Own the end-to-end talent lifecycle for Engineering and Product teams

Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team

Navigate complex negotiations

Manage the full candidate journey

high-touch experience for every person engaged

Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle

from inception of candidate contact through offer acceptance

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify

and cultivate a pipeline of elite technical talent

Contribute meaningfully to building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent

Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity

How You'll Work.
