Backed by some of the world’s leading investors, Merlin is scaling alongside our customers to begin leveraging autonomy today to solve some of aviation’s biggest challenges. ## Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through close across technical and GTM roles Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategy Build and manage pipelines for roles across autonomy, embedded systems, flight software, aerospace, robotics, and AI/ML Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and targeted outreach Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates through the interview process Drive offer processes, including closing and negotiation Maintain a strong and consistent candidate experience Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates to leadership Improve recruiting processes, tools, and employer brand ## Requirements 4+ years of technical recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments Demonstrated success hiring for hard-to-fill engineering roles Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates Working knowledge of technical domains such as software, embedded systems, robotics, or aerospace Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organization, and closing skills ## Nice to Have Experience recruiting in aerospace, autonomous systems, robotics, or defense technology Familiarity with GNC, avionics, or flight systems roles Experience working in a startup or high-growth company Experience using ATS platforms such as Lever, Ashby, or Greenhouse ## Additional Information This position is based on-site at Merlin HQ in Boston, MA.
