We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home. Who The Client Is: A specialist recruitment and talent advisory firm focused on Engineering, Security, and AI talent. The company partners with high-growth startups and enterprise businesses to connect them with top-tier technical professionals through embedded recruiting, retained search, and contingent recruitment models. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to support hiring across Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI roles. In this role, you will work directly with the founder and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes—from sourcing and outreach to candidate management and interview coordination. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment where strong sourcing skills, technical recruitment experience, and excellent communication are highly valued. You will play a key role in identifying exceptional talent, managing pipelines efficiently, and delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and clients.
