We’re looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join us, supporting delivery for clients focused primarily on contractor hiring. The initial focus will be on a UK-based client and UK contractor talent, with scope to expand into additional clients and geographies over time. You’ll work as an extension of our global team, owning end-to-end recruitment across active technical roles, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience. You’ll recruit across a broad range of enterprise tech roles including data, software engineering, cloud/DevOps, infrastructure, security, architecture, ERP systems, and project/product delivery. Exposure to areas like UX/design or IT operations is a plus but not core. We operate in a high-velocity model, typically sharing initial candidate profiles within 48 hours. You’ll be supported by the team but expected to take ownership and drive delivery outcomes. This is an initial 6-month contract, with extension based on delivery outcomes.
