Who is HelloKindred? HelloKindred are specialists in staffing marketing, creative and technology roles, offering a range of talent solutions that can be delivered on-site, remotely or hybrid. Our vision is to make work accessible and people’s lives better. We do this by disrupting traditional employment barriers – connecting ambitious talent to flexible opportunities with trusted brands. We’re looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join us, supporting delivery for clients focused primarily on contractor hiring. The initial focus will be on a UK-based client and UK contractor talent, with scope to expand into additional clients and geographies over time. You’ll work as an extension of our global team, owning end-to-end recruitment across active technical roles, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience. You’ll recruit across a broad range of enterprise tech roles including data, software engineering, cloud/DevOps, infrastructure, security, architecture, ERP systems, and project/product delivery. Exposure to areas like UX/design or IT operations is a plus but not core. We operate in a high-velocity model, typically sharing initial candidate profiles within 48 hours. You’ll be supported by the team but expected to take ownership and drive delivery outcomes. This is an initial 6-month contract, with extension based on delivery outcomes.
