KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of roles across technical, business support, and senior positions. Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to understand resourcing needs, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization. Utilizing multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline. Conducting initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values.
