Must Have
4-6+ years of recruiting experience, significant time in fast-growing startups or early-stage companies, recruiting in aerospace & defense or closely related deep-tech / hardware domains, recruiting for propulsion, testing, manufacturing, or experimental engineering roles, ability to recruit deeply technical individual contributors and engineering managers, sourcing and assessment skills for candidates whose value is demonstrated through hands-on work, operational ownership, and complex trade studies, Exceptional communication skills, discretion, judgment, ambition to work in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end recruiting for critical roles across the company
including highly specialized technical positions (e. g.
Design and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent

Build interview processes that effectively evaluate hands-on skill sets
