Key job responsibilities Partner with hiring teams to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that identify and attract top-tier technical talent Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, focusing on technical expertise, cultural alignment, and potential for innovation Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship cultivation Design and implement recruiting processes that enhance candidate experience and support long-term organizational growth Develop and track recruiting metrics, creating strategic plans with clear deliverables and timelines A day in the life Your day will be dynamic and impactful, connecting with brilliant technical professionals across silicon engineering, hardware design, software development, and operations.
