This role requires a strategic talent partner who can identify, engage, and hire senior customer-facing technical leaders across AI, enterprise architecture, consulting, and cloud technology domains. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Strategic Builders and related advisory roles that sit at the intersection of AI strategy, solution architecture, customer transformation, and enterprise technology. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, you will build diverse talent pipelines and attract top talent that helps customers realize value from Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI solutions. ## ## **Work Location:** Hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in-office. ## ## **Your Impact:** * Recruit and hire senior technical talent including Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors. * Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations. *
