Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, Industrial Engineering, or comparable technical field, Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical facility management or maintenance, Fluent German and very good English skills, Driver's license Class B

Experience in managing (highly) automated logistics centers or industrial plants
What You'll Do.
Guarantee maximum uptime
and optimization of building infrastructure
Ensure smooth operation of complex building installations (HVAC
Oversee infrastructure connection of automation technology
Monitor all processes from preventive maintenance to fault
Coordinate specialized external service providers for fault rectification
Define and manage preventive maintenance plans for all
Oversee compliance with all statutory inspections and standards
and awarding of contracts
Maintain technical documentation meticulously
Coordinate with site management

Identify optimization potential in system efficiency
