What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience of leading small to medium-sized construction projects of medium/high complexity, Experience of stakeholder engagement in complex, operational environments, Experience of dealing with multiple clients at differing locations at any one time, Evidence of delivering projects in live and occupied operational buildings, Good working knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques, A good understanding of the characteristics of project impacts on engineering systems over the project lifecycle
Nice to Have
Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: MEP engineering, facilities management, construction, project management, surveying or architecture, energy conservation
What You'll Do.
Establish project success criteria
and environment issues
Establish project governance
Produce detailed project plans
Monitor and apply performance management techniques
Manage the change control process
Monitor and advise upon project finances
Manage project information flow
Prepare formal project progress reports
Interface with client and consultants
Understand project impacts on operational team
Review and mitigate project risks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working with the overall cross-functional project team; Managing the flow of project information between the project team and the client; Dynamic, team effort between us, our clients, and their operational teams

Regular meetings; Written communications
Process & Methodology
Project planning, Project governance, Performance management, Change control, Project finances, Risk mitigation
