What You'll Do.
Own the translation of business
product and technical requirements into structured
actionable engineering work
Act as a bridge between commercial commitments and engineering execution

Refinement and planning of the workload of our engineers
Facilitate the sessions that ultimately result in well planned tickets in one of our development sprints
Guiding our Product team towards the routines that work best for you and the company
Working with internal and external stakeholders (strategists
clients) to collect and understand requirements (technical
product and timeline-related)
Ensuring tickets are clear
prioritised and ready for deployment
Updating and maintaining our product roadmap
Preparing and hosting our Roadmap Refinement meetings
Hosting our Sprint Planning meetings
Following-up with our engineers daily to anticipate or resolve blockers in their work
Feeling like a product owner for problem-specific discussions

Full Job Description
Novoville is looking to hire a motivated Technical Project Manager to help guide us through our new wave of growth. We are looking for someone with high focus and understanding of Jira along with our internal agile ceremonies required to deliver software in a fast-paced environment in need to react to changing requirements. We have been growing from a startup to an established scale-up fighting the strange animal called GovTech. **Requirements** As a key member of our product team, you will own the translation of business, product and technical requirements into structured, actionable engineering work. You'll need a growing understanding of the Novoville solution portfolio to ensure we deliver high quality outcomes to our customers. Over time, you'll act as a bridge between commercial commitments and engineering execution, helping align contracts, timelines and product direction. You will get help from our chief strategists before you go out chasing the implementation team. This means you'll be responsible for the refinement and planning of the workload of our engineers. Eventually we anticipate you will know enough to also have a strong opinion with prioritisation. You will facilitate the sessions that ultimately result in well planned tickets in one of our development sprints. We value ownership, so over time, you will be guiding our Product team towards the routines that work best for you and the company. A typical set of duties includes: * Working with internal and external stakeholders (strategists, account managers, project managers, clients) to collect and understand requirements (technical, functional, product and timeline-related). This includes an ongoing relationship with Project Managers to ensure contractual obligations and deadlines are reflected in delivery plans. * Translating collected requirements into well-defined epics, Jira tickets and workflows.
