Full Job Description
Datarails is the Finance OS for SMBs, a production FP run a fast-track protocol for P0/P1 issues (intake → triage SLAs → assignment → fix/verification → stakeholder updates) ● Lead our release process, ensuring high-quality releases on time and clear communication Requirements: ● At least 5 years of experience in the tech industry (multi-team delivery experience), with hands-on roles as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, TPM, or Release Manager ● Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience in the different technology domains- software engineering, QA, AI, infrastructure, DevOps, IT, and Data ● Proven experience adopting AI in the TPM domain ● Excellent communicator, comfortable partnering with executive managers, Product, Support, Marketing, and CS. ● Hands-on with Jira/Linear: model workflows, build actionable dashboards, and drive decisions with metrics.● Strong ability to present complex technical features in a simple, convincing manner. ● Solid grasp of SDLC, Scrum/Kanban; pragmatic governance (right-sized process, minimal overhead). ● Experience coordinating globally distributed teams; excellent English.
