Microsoft Project) and requirements management tools, Expert in Budget planning, estimating, funding, managing, updating, reporting, and controlling costs, Extensive knowledge in developing methods to reduce program and project costs, Highly skilled integrating the Change Management Process with project management, Lead programs in a stage-gate process, Solid technical background to recognize, assess and communicate cross-functional issues and risks, Awareness of industry or specific sector, regulatory and safety standards, 12+ years’ experience in Technical Project Management/Design Manager (DM)/Engineering Project Manager (EPM)
Nice to Have
Candidate with R&D team management is preferrable, PMP (PMI) or PRINCE2 Certification is preferrable

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Directly manage matrixed cross-functional program team consisting of engineering, manufacturing, contracts, procurement, quality, administrative, and other departments; Work with Program Managers and Core teams in the quoting process/design phases; Collaborate with senior technical staff on architecture development; Consult on system architectures/system leads to assess technical requirements and competencies needed during quoting; Represent Jabil Design Engineering in technical customer discussions / meetings; Host and lead communication all aspects of the program effectively to customers and lead critical and high profile customer engagements; Provide technical input to help identify and solve project risks that may affect overall project plans and schedules

Also effectively manage a group of related projects through the entire product development process into production in a coordinated manner. Directly manage matrixed cross-functional program team consisting of engineering, manufacturing, contracts, procurement, quality, administrative, and other departments assigned to the program.
