Must Have
Secret clearance required, US Citizenship required, Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, project management, or related field, Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Experience developing projects and breaking down tasking within JIRA, Experience developing project metrics and projections within JIRA/Confluence, Experience managing cross-functional teams, Collaborating with government and industry stakeholders

What You'll Do.

Develop guidance and training content
Tailor implementation of digitally enabled acquisition
Establish learning environments and seminars
Oversee execution of DACE activities
Manage dependencies and successful outcomes
Provide real-time updates on project health
Leverage dashboards and visualizations
Guide team through task dependencies and decomposition
Track and manage contract actions
Ensure sufficient funding is available
Tailor Agile approaches
Facilitate agile ceremonies
Guide teams in adopting agile principles
Foster a culture of collaboration
Foster continuous improvement
Manage sprint backlogs
Ensure alignment with program priorities
Ensure alignment with technical baselines
