Project Management * Lead end-to-end technical project delivery: scoping, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover * Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and external vendors * Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, risk registers, and progress updates * Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans to ensure execution within scope, schedule, and budget * Support CAPEX planning and business case development with detailed engineering input * Coordinate multi-site and cross-functional projects, including engaging global factory teams for alignment and knowledge transfer Technical Engineering & Operations * Lead troubleshooting of packing line issues — mechanical, electrical, and process-related — during both startup and steady-state operations * Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions * Manage and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and uptime * Liaise with equipment suppliers for technical support, spare parts management, and warranty resolution * Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards across all technical activities * Act as a shared global technical resource: provide remote or on-site engineering support to other factories within the group as required Automation & Continuous Improvement * Drive automation initiatives to improve line efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance process
