What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, Demonstrated experience in both technical project management and hands-on engineering, background in mechanical or mechatronics engineering, Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through commissioning, including vendor coordination and budget oversight, Native Vietnamese with professional English proficiency
Nice to Have
experience with food leverage product lines is a big plus
What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end technical project delivery
Manage project timelines
Prepare and maintain project documentation
Conduct risk assessments
Support CAPEX planning
Coordinate multi-site projects
Lead troubleshooting of packing line issues
Identify root causes of recurring issues
Manage preventive maintenance schedules
Liaise with equipment suppliers
Ensure compliance with GMP
Provide engineering support
Drive automation initiatives
Implement and optimise machine automation
Evaluate opportunities for automation
Work with automation partners
Support development of digital monitoring tools
Provide structured training
