What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience managing Shopify, eCommerce, or web development projects, Previous experience working within a digital agency or fast-paced environment, understanding of Shopify and Shopify Plus ecosystems, Experience managing website builds, redesigns, migrations, or systems integrations, Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, organizational and stakeholder management skills, Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, Experience using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday. com, or similar platforms, Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
PMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications, Experience working with CRO, UX/UI, or growth marketing teams, Familiarity with QA processes and technical documentation, Experience with automation or AI-driven workflows, Previous experience with enterprise or high-growth eCommerce brands
