What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years project management experience, Experience managing multi-site IT deployments, rollouts, or practice onboarding initiatives, Experience with IT infrastructure components, including networking, telecommunications, and end-user computing, Experience coordinating vendors and field service implementations, Experience working in a large, matrixed organization, Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday. com, SharePoint, and Teams, Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma, or Kanban

PMP certification desired
What You'll Do.
Lead IT infrastructure and deployment projects
Manage IT deployments across multiple locations
Ensure infrastructure readiness and seamless go-live
Partner with IT teams
and complete projects
Manage multiple IT projects with cross-functional teams
and manage project scope
Develop and manage detailed project plans
Define requirements and ensure alignment
Coordinate internal IT teams
Manage vendor relationships
Establish and execute communication plans
Track project progress and manage budgets
Proactively identify and mitigate risks
Lead project meetings and maintain documentation
Drive consistency through standardized processes
Support project governance processes
Lead end-to-end IT onboarding and deployment
Coordinate ISP procurement and circuit installation
Oversee deployment of network infrastructure
Coordinate installation and configuration of end-user technologies
Support VoIP and telephony implementations
Ensure site readiness through checklists
Manage on-site and remote vendor activities
Lead go-live planning and execution
Support post-go-live stabilization and issue resolution
Manage multiple concurrent site deployments
Support scaling of repeatable rollout processes
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with internal IT teams; Partner with business stakeholders; Partner with external vendors; Coordinate internal IT teams including network, infrastructure, service desk, and security; Manage vendor relationships; Coordinate with telecommunications teams and vendors; Manage on-site and remote vendor activities; Coordinate resources for go-live planning; Transition to operational support teams
