Nice to Have

Experience with installation/construction for communications, automation, surveillance, or terminal infrastructure projects, Projects supporting national airspace or other mission-critical operations, CMAA, PMP or PgMP certification

What You'll Do.

Serve as the primary FAA interface

Responsible for the profitability of each element of the project and all the financial elements of the project. Responsible for the scope development, scope management, and construction/installation performance of the project to meet project goals and objectives. Plans and defines project goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops indepth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans. Typically manages multiple projects up to $20-50 million in total. Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Technical Project Manager to manage the delivery of various projects under the BNATCS Program within the Parsons T5 Program. This role ensures that communication and terminal systems are implemented effectively, meeting FAA requirements for reliability, performance, and security. T5 Program Summary: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded the Technical Support Services Contract 5 (T5) to Parsons in April 2023. Parsons is the prime contractor. This $1.8+ billion contract has a 4-year base period with two 3-year options.
