**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients** **Salary range: Rs 1000000 - Rs 1400000 (ie INR 10-14 LPA)** Experience: 10+ yrs Location: Bangalore Job Type: full-time We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager / Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and drive successful project delivery across cross-functional teams. This role requires a strategic leader who can seamlessly manage projects across Agile and Waterfall environments while balancing business objectives, stakeholder expectations, budgets, timelines, and quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from planning and execution to governance and delivery, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of software development, SaaS platforms, and digital technologies.
