The team works across functions and sites to develop, mature, and implement robust technical solutions that support both New Product Launch (NPL) projects and improvements of existing processes. We act as a technical partner for production and suppliers, with a strong focus on process capability, automation, quality, and innovation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers, including through international supplier visits. **What we offer** You will take on a key role in technical projects, combining hands‑on technical work with structured project execution. You will contribute directly to shaping and improving production processes within a strategic area of VELUX.
