What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in agile software delivery environments, understanding of sprint management, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies, Hands-on experience writing detailed user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteria, Ability to lead bug triage and prioritize technical work alongside feature delivery, Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA, Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority, Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar, Technical awareness to understand engineering discussions, risks, and dependencies
Nice to Have
Experience in backend or full-stack development environments (TypeScript, Node. js, or similar), Background working with distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures, Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and deployment workflows, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification, Experience working in high-growth or startup-like environments with fast iteration cycles
