What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of combined experience in software delivery, technical project/program management, engineering leadership, or similar roles, Deep understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and modern cloud-native architectures, Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-team technology programs, Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, ADO, or similar, analytical, planning, and organizational skills, Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, especially in technical environments, Experience working with senior stakeholders or in regulated domains (e. g. , health & security), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
Nice to Have
Certifications such as PMI‑ACP, PMP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent are beneficial
