What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B.S. in a technical field (engineering, biomedical engineering, systems engineering, math, or science), 5+ years of experience actively conducting program/project management on government-funded R&D (ideally DoD), Proven experience in a relevant technical area, including mechanical, electrical, software, or systems integration, Experience in medical devices, surgical robotics, or life sciences research environments, Experience translating engineering Jira workflows into high-level government milestone tracking

Team & Collaboration
Drive alignment across engineering, clinical, and research teams; Lead day-to-day coordination across engineering, clinical, and research teams; Lead teams of engineers across mechanical, electrical, software, and systems disciplines; Consult with engineering leads to coordinate project resources and staffing; Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and procedural issues
