What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in cross-functional, client-facing roles, Comfortable interfacing with both internal teams (tech, sales operations, compliance, etc) and vendors, Comfortable getting into the weeds with data and third-party platforms such as Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Outlook and others, Communicator across a variety of audiences with a knack for identifying blockers early and driving alignment, Someone who challenges the status quo and is continuously looking for ways to improve how we operate as a team, A self-starter who is ok with ambiguity and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys owning the big picture and the small details
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, telesales, or home services industries, PMI/ PMP Certification, Scrum Master Certification
What You'll Do.
Own relationships with internal stakeholders
Meet regularly with internal tech teams to understand their product and tech roadmaps
Assess new opportunities
Push back where needed to protect user experience and ensure engineers are working on impactful items
Drive project alignment and execution
Prioritize and scope quarterly initiatives in partnership with sales
and operations leaders
Guide team to successful execution by creating project plans and timelines
Ensure team is on track
and decisions are made proactively
Act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and developers spanning several engineering teams
Communicate timelines
and progress clearly and consistently
Set the tone for project excellence
Manage more junior PMs
Help junior PMs develop their own partner relationships and project execution skills
