What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in IT Project Management within large enterprise environments, Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, financial management capability (budget tracking, forecasting, benefits realisation), Experience managing vendor and multi-location delivery models (onshore/offshore), stakeholder engagement skills at senior leadership level, Ability to operate in high-pressure, critical program environments, Experience working within telco transformation programs, valid work rights for Australia, willing to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including probity and police checks
Nice to Have
Experience in Telco, Digital Channels, Contact Centre, or Assisted Sales platforms, PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications
What You'll Do.
Lead multiple concurrent technical initiatives across Corporate & Assisted Channels
Own full project lifecycle: business case validation
Align delivery outcomes with broader transformation and operational objectives
Develop detailed delivery plans including scope
and resource forecasting
Manage RAID logs proactively
Ensure projects are delivered within approved budget and financial guardrails
Drive structured sprint or waterfall execution depending on initiative type
Work closely with solution architects
and multiple vendor partners
Translate business requirements into actionable technical delivery plans
Manage offshore and onshore delivery teams
ensuring accountability and quality output
Engage senior stakeholders across business
data-driven reporting on milestones
Present delivery updates at portfolio governance forums
Escalate strategically with mitigation pathways
Ensure adherence to security
and architectural standards
Oversee testing strategy
Support smooth production releases with minimal business disruption

We are seeking a delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to lead critical initiatives across the Corporate & Assisted Channels portfolio. This role is accountable for end-to-end execution of complex technology programs that directly impact customer experience, revenue assurance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will drive initiatives from initiation through to production deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
