Full Job Description
Evolito’s mission is to accelerate the adoption of electric propulsion in aerospace applications in support of a net-zero world. We will help to revolutionise personal mobility and transform our towns and cities with clean, noise-free air transportation. Evolito develops and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for a range of aerospace markets, including EVTOL, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and General Aviation. As well as ultra-high performance, low-weight electric motors and controllers, Evolito specialises in high integrity, bespoke battery systems for the aerospace and defence markets. The team is scaling rapidly and has ambitious growth plans over the next twelve to eighteen months. As part of our current high-growth phase, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be responsible for supporting the delivery of engineering programmes by developing, maintaining and executing detailed technical delivery plans across the product lifecycle. Working in close alignment with the Technical Programme Manager and Project Lead Engineer, you will ensure that engineering activities are coordinated, tracked and delivered in line with programme milestones, technical requirements and customer commitments. This role operates at the interface between engineering disciplines and wider business functions, ensuring effective flow of information, proactive risk management and delivery of key technical milestones. _Key responsibilities will include:_ * Development, maintenance and management of detailed engineering delivery plans from project initiation through to Type Certification (TC) * Supporting planning and execution across all product lifecycle phases, including requirements cascade (system to equipment level), concept and detailed design, manufacturing readiness, and SoF and MoC test campaigns * Tracking and managing progress against technical milestones between programme gateway reviews * Ensuring engineer
