In this role, I was responsible for coordinating the upgrade of the One Identity IAM platform to version 10 , acting as the bridge between architects, engineers, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment across all workstreams. Key responsibilities included: * Coordinating end-to-end IAM upgrade activities across multiple technical teams * Managing stakeholder communication and aligning technical solutions with business requirements * Identifying dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks to ensure controlled execution * Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and the business project manager * Facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders * Applying a pragmatic, hands-on approach to project coordination and delivery This role required a strong combination of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills within an Identity & Access Management environment. ## Qualifications * Proven experience coordinating IAM platforms / IT upgrades across multiple teams * Strong understanding of Identity & A
