WHAT YOU WILL DO: Project Management Responsibilities ● Act as day-to-day project manager for technology-related scopes of work. ● Be the primary field point of contact for project general contractor (GC), related subcontractors and all contracted vendors, integrators and service providers. ● Develop, maintain, and track project schedules and deliverables in coordination with the overall construction program. ● Coordinate dependencies between technology workstreams and broader real estate/construction milestones. ● Manage issue/risk logs, escalate blockers to assigned TPM, and drive timely resolution. ● Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership. ● Maintained detailed documentation for all technology scopes Technology Scopes Covered The Consultant will oversee execution across the following technology domains: Low Voltage gender identity; gender reassignment; age; religious or similar philosophical belief; race; national origin; political opinion; sexual orientation; disability; marital or civil partnership status or other non-merit factor. #INDNAMER #LI-MS2 Pay Range $155,000—$165,000 USD
