ABOUT THE ROLE The Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time position based in Tunis, reporting to the technical Director. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Delivery * Manage projects end-to-end, from initial concept to successful delivery * Define and document functional specifications * Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation Coordination & Communication * Act as the main point of contact between business, technical, and operational teams * Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and timelines * Facilitate collaboration, decision-making, and issue resolution Monitoring & Quality Assurance * Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met * Support testing phases (UAT, end-to-end validation) and ensure launch readiness * Monitor issues and follow up using logs, test data, and performance indicators Process Improvement * Identify and implement improvements in tools, workflows, and documentation * Promote best practices in project management and delivery PROFILE * Good understanding of technical environments, including API-based integrations * Ability to
