Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in a related industry, Leadership and team management skills, Project Leading Experiences, Excellent communication and negotiation tools and software, Ability to work effectively in a global, cross functional team environment, problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Lead and manage technical projects

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans in accordance with company procedures
Control and monitor project budget and resource allocation
Establish effective project organization
including meeting structures
information/knowledge exchange
and archiving processes
Lead project team members functionally
providing clear direction and support
Assign work packages to respective project team members
ensuring accountability and progress
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Identify and mitigate project risks
ensuring proactive issue resolution
Report overall project status to senior management and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure transparency and regular communication regarding project progress and challenges
Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards
Implement and maintain project documentation
ensuring thorough archiving for future reference
