We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters. RESPEC is seeking an experienced Project Lead 3 to support a local SLED client in Austin, Texas. This is a senior-level project management role for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in leading complex data, analytics, and cloud initiatives within a large enterprise or government environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage full lifecycle of complex technical projects in data, analytics, and cloud environments * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet * Coordinate across cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and vendors * Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance * Facilitate Agile and/or waterfall project ceremonies including sprint planning, status meetings, and executive briefings * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively * Oversee data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing initiatives from a project management pers
