What You'll Do.

Communicate risks to teams

Review and finalize plans

Maintain day-to-day involvement with OSC Team

Ensure clear path for execution

Communicate with Site Construction Managers

Deliver trade specific PreCon onsite meeting agendas

Track and resolve construction issues

Lead execution risk assessment

Ensure de-risking process is complete

Identify chokepoints and risks

Develop plans to coordinate around issues

Communicate and direct plan sequencing

Monitor dashboard for trends

Direct OSC resource support

Realignment on subcontractor performance

Create Plan B's/Recovery plans

Coordinate OSC resources

Develop and coordinate OSC support of wet weather

Utilize digital technology to solve technical issues

Ensure Day 1 Startup checklist is completed

Work with Operations team to draft RFIs

Manage that RFIs are answered promptly

Ensure RFI's are distributed to subs

Inform Commercial Lead of RFIs with potential costs

Ensure project turnover phasing and sequence approved by

Make plan resequencing as necessary

Ensure Fire inspector startup requirements aligned

Ensure 3rd party consultants are contracted

Usher AHJ through 3rd party inspection adoption

Ensure Submittals are reviewed and approved

Support CO review process

Coordinate with Site Construction Manager to verify change

Manage change order disputes

Provide Takt sequence and pod layout

Conduct pre-construction meetings with trades

Gather input on labor requirements

Maintain regular communication with Resource Lead

Ensure subcontractor labor is consistently available

Seek feedback from Construction Manager and OSC Manager

Develop corrective actions or alternative strategies

Set up and update digital platforms

Seek input from consultants on technical issues

Develop Plan solutions to mitigate risks

Engage OSC and Construction Manager in overseeing digital

Ensure communication of updates to subcontractors

Initiate RFI questions

Create RFIs in Procore

Oversee timely resolution of RFIs

Distribute closed RFIs with appropriate responses

Inform Commercial Lead of RFI cost implications

Verify change order pertains to work outside scope

Verify change order associated with RFI or request

Send change order to Commercial Lead

Notify site construction manager to proceed
