What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of experience in Technical Project or Program Management within IT, infrastructure, or security environments, Proven experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across Enterprise IT, networking, and information security, understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication (SSO/MFA), RBAC, and governance, Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments with knowledge of security frameworks and audit requirements, Hands-on experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting, Ability to manage multiple workstreams, balance competing priorities, and maintain a clear source of truth across tools and teams, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across highly technical teams, You bring structure to ambiguity, connect technical and business teams with clarity, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments
