To those who see AI as a driver of progress, come build the future together. ## The Crown Is Yours As a Technical Program Specialist, you will lead complex, cross functional initiatives across Enterprise IT, Networking, and Information Security, driving execution from planning through delivery. You will partner closely with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to deliver high impact programs, starting with a company wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation that will reshape how access is managed across the organization and directly impact security, compliance, and operational excellence at scale. ## What you'll do * Lead end to end delivery of complex, cross functional IT programs, with a focus on IAM transformation and security initiatives. * Build and drive program plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics across multiple workstreams. * Partner across Enterprise IT, Network Engineering, Security Engineering, Compliance, and Technical Operations to align priorities and execution. * Identify, track, and manage cross team dependencies, risks, and blockers, driving resolution with clear mitigation strategies. * Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights. * Lead rollout and modernization of IAM capabilities, including provisioning, authentication (SSO and MFA), authorization, and governance. * Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery practices such as Scrum and Kanban, improving team effectiveness and delivery
