You Are: The Technical Program Senior Manager will provide program management leadership and oversight of projects supporting Defense Industrial Base (DIB) customers under the Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Defense and Intelligence (D work with other PgMs to share improvements in best practices Ensure diligent management of project budgets, accurate financial reporting, cost-effective utilization of cloud resources, and adherence to financial constraints. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule. Coordinate regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators to customers and SCP leadership. Ensure projects have timely and thorough reporting on AFS Delivery Scorecards, Quality Assurance Delivery reviews, and other regular touchpoints. Coordinate with DIB stakeholders and industry partners to maximize opportunities for mission success. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
