What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Python programming, Generative AI (LLMs, AI solutions), Prompt Engineering techniques and best practices, Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and deployments, Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA or similar project management tools, risk management and mitigation skills, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 10+ years of experience in technology roles, at least 5+ years in program/project management, Proven track record of delivering AI/ML or cloud-based programs, Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
Nice to Have
DevOps and CI/CD practices, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification, Experience in scaling AI products or platforms, Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation programs, Knowledge of data engineering and analytics ecosystems
