Key job responsibilities - Own and execute the robot software QA program, running structured tests across mapping and navigation, autonomy, teleoperation, conversational interfaces, and other services to validate new features and catch regressions - Develop, maintain, and expand our test suite in lockstep with developers, ensuring new features ship with appropriate coverage and that human-performed tests are evaluated with consistency and rigor - Lead customer- and partner-facing studies to validate the demonstrations of our robot, operating independently and representing the product, company vision, and value proposition in a professional, personable, and accurate manner - Support and help run user studies, capturing structured observations of how people interact with the rob
