Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supplier development, contract negotiations, and performance management, with the ability to address supplier performance issues and drive results in new and ambiguous environments. This role requires strong program management expertise, technical depth, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional stakeholders to advance Kuiper’s mission.
