What You'll Achieve.
ensure that Anduril ground-based radars are developed in line with mission requirements and released on schedule; ensure that our radars integrate seamlessly customer systems; ensure that deployment is carried out smoothly and efficiently; ensure that all releases meet the defined quality standards before deployment; ensure our radars supports the program priorities and meets all integration requirements

Must be able to obtain and hold a U. S. security clearance, request transcripts as part of the early application process, pre-employment risk, integrity, and due diligence screening
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, Extensive project management experience, Demonstrable understanding of Radar signal processing, antennas and RF, phased arrays, Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub, Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines, Must be able to obtain and hold a U. S. security clearance
Nice to Have
preferably in radar, RF sensing, EW or related field, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
What You'll Do.
Oversee execution and delivery of ground-based radars
Develop project execution plan for radar projects
Establish clear objectives and deliverables
Maintain understanding of radar hardware/software interface
Incorporate innovations into project plan
Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained
Evaluate and improve project management processes
Oversee planning of hardware and software releases
Ensure releases meet quality standards
Serve as primary point of contact for communications
Update stakeholders on project status
Assess and plan for necessary resources
Monitor resource utilization
Identify potential risks
Develop mitigation strategies
Review and update risk management plan
Work with other divisions and departments
Facilitate communication and collaboration
