## Description About the Company: Paytm is India's leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company. Paytm’s mission is to serve half a billion Indians and bring them to the mainstream economy with the help of technology Role Overview: We are looking for a Technical Program Manager / Scrum Master who will drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across our Lending Platform. The role requires strong program management discipline, Agile execution expertise, and the ability to coordinate Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, and external partners. You will act as the execution owner — ensuring predictable delivery, managing risks early, and bringing clarity across multiple teams working on loan origination, underwriting, integrations, and servicing journeys. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Execution & Planning - Own delivery of large, cross-team initiatives across the lending lifecycle (LOS, LMS, underwriting, bureau integrations, disbursal & collections). - Break product roadmap into execution plans, milestones, and sprint deliverables. - Define scope, owners, dependencies, and timelines. Ensure release readiness and production rollout planning. 2. Agile & Scrum Management - Act as Scrum Master for multiple squads. - Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. - Track velocity, burndown, and sprint commitments. - Drive Agile best practices and improve team delivery predictability. 3. Stakeholder Coordination - Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Risk, Data Science, Ops, Compliance, and Partner teams. - Align priorities across internal teams and external lending partners (Banks/NBFCs/KYC providers/Bureau partners). - Ensure clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria. 4.
