Full Job Description

In Outbound, we delight Amazon customers with timely, highly personalized and relevant messages across digital channels such as mobile push and SMS that drive long-standing customer relationship with Amazon. We're seeking a Technical Program Manager II with exceptional problem solving, project planning and stakeholder management skills. In this role, they will drive cross-functional initiatives spanning science, engineering, product, and business teams across multiple organizations to measure the effectiveness of our messages through robust randomized control trials (RCTs) and optimize these communications with state of the art science-backed software systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a growth mindset and a passion to improve customer experience for Amazon customers. It is a high-visibility role and provides an opportunity to influence leadership and drive impact across multiple organizations. Key job responsibilities You'll support planning, execution, analysis, and deployment of RCTs measuring communication incrementality across customer cohorts and time periods, working closely with Outbound and Measurement science and engineering teams.
