Full Job Description
The GCOI Sr. TPM owns the Grocery Catalog Integrity domain within WW Grocery Stores — a strategic charter responsible for the programs, data products, and monitoring capabilities that ensure Grocery's catalog is accurate, trusted, and operationally reliable at worldwide scale. This is a high-visibility role operating across two complementary pillars: an active S-team goal and a foundational business intelligence portfolio that together underpin multiple VP-level business objectives. Grocery Duplicate Reduction is an Amazon Retail S-team goal targeting a critical catalog defect where a single product barcode maps to multiple product identifiers — causing associate scan failures, inventory inaccuracy, and customer availability issues across physical grocery operations worldwide. The goal is to reduce the end-to-end merge resolution process from thousands of hours to under 24 hours through automated system integration, supporting a broader cross-organizational effort to reduce barcode defect rates by 70% across North America and Europe ($1.5MM in annual savings, 27K+ hours of manual work eliminated). As the single-threaded program management owner, this TPM maintains the master program plan across 25+ grocery-specific systems spanning inventory, online availability, merchandising, buying initiation, item location, and associate workflow tools. They manage cross-organizational dependencies across 14+ engineering teams, drive risk identification and mitigation on a program with active delivery pressure, and own executive reporting with VP-level readiness across all worldwide grocery marketplaces and business types. Grocery Catalog BI Products is the foundational data and monitoring layer that measures and enables catalog integrity across Grocery. The portfolio carries $255MM+ in attributed business impact and directly underpins multiple S-team and VP-level goals — including duplicate reduction, perishable supply chain optimization ($77MM), catalog quality and buyability
