Today, we support over 2 million patient sessions weekly across 116 countries and over 110 languages. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians use Heidi to complete documentation. We’ve found product-market fit with individual clinicians through our freemium medical scribe, transforming unstructured clinical visits into structured text artefacts. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Drive project triage and coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams, keeping priorities clear and progress visible - Run core operational cadences - standups, demos, and reporting cycles - to keep teams aligned and moving - Own program coordination for key stakeholders, including calendar management and scheduling - Maintain and manage Linear to track work, surface blockers, and support delivery across the team WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 2–5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, operations, project coordination, or a software engineer turned TPM. - Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities - Experience owning operational rhythms: running cadences, writing status updates, and keeping calendars under control - Hands-on experience with Linear or similar tools like Jira or Shortcut Attitude is more important than experience so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly mot
