The Data Center Field Engineering Team is the engineering owner for the lifecycle of AWS data centers. This includes supporting new designs/innovations through data center end-of-life, with a focus on root cause analysis of failures, capacity and availability improvement, and optimization of the existing fleet. As a Field Engineering Technical Program Manager, you are an exceptionally strong communicator, both written and verbally. You will lead multi-discipline and highly technical teams. You will have experience of working in a complex engineering environment and will have worked on increasingly complex projects in multiple disciplines.
