Must Have
5+ years leading complex software or business technology programs, 2+ years on enterprise-scale initiatives, Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies, Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, Ability to build credibility with senior executives, Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable direction, Experience facilitating executive-level forums, Experience driving alignment across diverse teams in a matrixed organization, Foundation in TPM practice
Nice to Have
Experience working within Business Technology or IT organizations at an enterprise SaaS company, Familiarity with Salesforce products, Familiarity with Salesforce platform architecture, Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, Experience deploying or integrating AI/ML tools into program or product delivery workflows, PMP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification, Experience managing programs within Customer Success, Professional Services, or Public Sector portfolios, Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve delivery outcomes
