We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with expertise in managing cross-functional technology initiatives. You will be responsible for driving complex projects across multiple teams, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-scale solutions for Amazonians. Who are you? You have a strong understanding of program management and technical solutions. You work independently and partner effectively with engineering teams to deliver results. You excel at transforming complex requirements into clear technical documentation and direction. You're passionate about driving efficiency and improving processes. You understand how to balance business needs with technical constraints, and strive to develop practical solutions that scale. You have proven experience managing difficult, cross-functional projects and working with diverse stakeholders. You're an experienced Amazonian who can lead independently. The focus for this role is managing a small program or set of complex technical projects across teams. These initiatives leverage various AWS technologies and enterprise solutions, working closely with engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes. Technical Program Managers: TPMs at Amazon manage the development and delivery of complex technology solutions. They work across teams to drive technical initiatives, improve processes, and ensure successful project delivery. TPMs are expected to have strong technical judgment and program management skills to effectively lead cross-functional efforts.
