Role overview: The Direct to Consumer (D2C) Data Science organisation comprises Data Science, Data Engineering and ML Engineering practices. D2C Data Science helps PlayStation grow and operate its digital business across commerce, subscriptions, payments, lifecycle experiences and player-facing services. We partner with product, engineering, finance, marketing and operations teams to turn experimentation, forecasting, AI and production-quality measurement into better experiences. As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) within Data Science Enablement you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of data science and AI initiatives that help the Decision Science organization deliver measurable data science, machine learning and AI impacts more effectively. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on program execution, technical coordination and delivery discipline. In addition, this role is expected to bring strong practical capability in data analysis and visualization. You will work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Enablement Specialists and Business stakeholders to ensure that initiatives are well-scoped, dependencies are understood and delivery progresses smoothly from intake through launch to ongoing measurement
