Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field, 5+ years in technical program or project management, preferably in technology or data-driven environments, foundation in project management fundamentals and methodologies, Proficiency with Jira for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting, Excellent written and verbal communication ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, Proven ability to manage relationships and drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle (experimentation, training, deployment, monitoring), Experience with credit risk modeling or fraud detection solutions, Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled Agile frameworks, PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent certification, Experience with MLOps tools and practices, Experience in financial services or other regulated industries

Lead and coordinate portfolio of Credit and Fraud AI solutions
Serve as central point of coordination across R&D

Own end-to-end program management for a portfolio of Credit and Fraud AI solutions
Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps
and deliverables across multiple workstreams
and blockers proactively

Gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
Serve as the primary liaison between Research & Development
Engineering & Production
Facilitate cross-functional alignment through regular syncs
concise written updates and reports for senior leadership
Lead presentations to executives on program status
and strategic decisions
and challenges to stakeholders at all levels
Support initiatives across the AI/ML lifecycle: research
Collaborate with teams to ensure production readiness and ongoing model performance

In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination across research and development, engineering and production, business partners, and platform teams, ensuring our AI initiatives move from concept to deployment seamlessly and on schedule. This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.
