Gotion Inc. is based in Silicon Valley, CA, currently building a Manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL and has R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe. Gotion is seeking a Technical Program Manager to spearhead US OEM customer projects in cell product development. In this role, you will lead the initiatives from concept through to production, coordinating closely with both our customers and our headquarter cell team. This position is ideal for someone with a robust engineering background and a masterful grasp of project management in the battery cell technology sector. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Directly engage with US OEM customers, driving and coordinating cell development and manufacturing in tandem with the headquarter cell team. Manage projects from conception to production handover, acting as the main point of contact throughout the process. Develop detailed manufacturing program plans, defining strategy, scope, schedule, resources, and cost targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the manufacturing program with the planned objectives. Create, maintain, and effectively communicate project schedules to engineering leadership.
